Our students accomplished the objectives of this course: they developed insights and master tools that will help them meet their own leadership challenges in a dynamic environment; and enhanced their team projects through the application of learning achieved during the module.
During 5 day long module, we covered topics such as creating a motivating environment to support the achievement of business results, leading in complex environments, the characteristics of effective leaders in different situations, situational leadership simulations, leadership communication within individual, team and organizational levels, leading individual, team and organizational performance, leading innovation and change.
Our students were trained to apply their understanding of the characteristics of leadership and develop their own potential to lead individuals, teams and organizations in complex environments, to leverage the principle drivers of motivation to inspire others to deliver results and to frame leadership in a strategic context and create the desired future through effective innovation and change leadership practices.
