Master Class: The Art of Conscious Leadership

Master Class: The Art of Conscious Leadership

Each of us will create our own ‘way of being’ a leader. You cannot copy anyone else. As the creator of your way, your style will also evolve according to the extent you give it your conscious attention. How conscious are you? What, within your consciousness, informs and empowers your capacity to lead others? How consciously aware are you of your unlimited leadership potential?

Professor Mike George will explore how to become more conscious, deepen your awareness and become a better leader, your way! Including:

  • The 7 questions that awaken your leadership potential
  • Why self awareness is the foundation and the strategy for all forms of success
  • Why silence and stillness are essential to the art of being a conscious leader

Mike is a Senior Faculty Tutor at COTRUGLI and an author of 14 books focused around the awakening of self-awareness, the development of emotional intelligence and the cultivation of conscious leadership.

Master Class: “The Kidnapped Consumer in the Superhero Society”

Master Class: “The Kidnapped Consumer in the Superhero Society”

There are three pillars in which our modern economic society is based: financial mandate of growth, quasi unlimited technological capabilities, and 24/7 access to the consumer, via traditional and new media vehicles.

This phenomena have created the conditions to turn factories into mass producers of rapidly obsolete products, and individuals into irrational buyers of self-admired stereotypes that would (they believe) fulfil both their functional and emotional needs.

In such a context, there are specific strategies companies should follow, in order to approach consumers.
