He has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has started his consulting career in Germany in 1987 and has been specializing in his early career on strategy and organizational development. Later he has been supervising broad-scale cost management programs of large industry leaders such as Deutsche Telekom and smaller niche players such as Gorenje. During the period from 1995 to 2000 he was an Executive Vice President of Bertelsmann Media Group, responsible for the restructuring of their book publishing and retail business. Afterwards he became a partner of A.T. Kearney, first as the Global Media practice leader and later as a Managing Director of Eastern Europe. His current industry specialization lies in retail and consumer goods industries, his current functional specialization lies in company transformation management. As a member of the PwC CEE Advisory Leadership Team he is responsible for those two areas for CEE. Andrej Vizjak also represents CEE in the Global Innovation Leadership Team of PwC. He has published 20 books, published by McGraw Hill, Springer, Wiley and other publishers.

Sanja Stamenić Oštrić is Head of Market Development in JGL., responsible for export development, expansion on new markets and team management for international expansion. She did her PhD on thesis on the influence of macro and micro factors on the successful performance of Croatian companies in the international markets. She had done research on 165 Croatian and international companies which export their products internationally. She is also experienced lecturer in private as well as public universities in graduate and postgraduate programs, including Ekonomski Fakultet Rijeka, Poslovna Akademija, etc. Her main interests and specializations include Export, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and International Business. She gained industry experience internationally. She also used all sales and marketing mix techniques, developing strategic planning processes for markets and products, identifying potential markets, evaluating and selecting business partners, ,and as well as developing and communicating positioning strategies on its markets. Occasionally she is business consultant for international strategy, export expanding, leading people and international branding. Dejan Ljuština is the leader of PwC’s consulting team in Zagreb responsible for operational management of the consulting function and telecoms and media industry leader for South East Europe region. Through his projects footprint he is present as PwC’s key telecoms and media expert in the broader region. By background he is an experienced consultant with a particular focus on the telecoms, media and technology industries. He spent 12 years of his career in the industries, and during this time he has worked for some of the largest organizations like Ericsson, Intel, and has been in telecoms and media consulting since 2004. His expertise comes from the areas of strategy, market regulations, performance and cost management, planning and reporting process improvement and organizational restructuring, all predominantly applied to complex business systems of telecom operators and media companies. Herman Vukušić is a psychiatrist, graduate of Zagreb Medical School, specialized in the treatment of stress-related conditions, with additional education in the field of mind-body medicine at the Harvard’s Benson-Henry Institute. He is the founder and medical director of the Institute for Stress and Trauma, and is also on the faculty of the Institute for the Human Development. He is an expert adviser for the European Commission, and a member of the Academy of Management. He served as a consultant and business coach for many firms and organizations, and his work has been featured in all major Croatian media. In addition, he has written numerous academic papers, book chapters and articles. He is an active member of the CBA’s council.

Krešimir Delač received his B.Sc.E.E. degree in 2003, and PhD degree in 2007 from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. His research interest is artificial intelligence, data mining, statistics and pattern recognition. He published several scientific books and journal papers and is a reviewer in all the top scientific journals dealing with image analysis and pattern recognition. In 2007 he received an award from the University of Zagreb for an Outstanding PhD thesis. Krešimir is a member of the Executive Board of IEEE Croatia section and of MBA Croatia Association. In 2010. he completed COTRUGLI EMBA program. In 2011, he received an award for outstanding contribution to the IEEE. His career path led him through several large regional companies (T-HT, Ericsson and b4b) on various positions. He is currently co-owner and CEO of a consulting company Simulus group, Ltd., with large clients such as Erste, PBZ, Vipnet, Ministarstvo Pravosuđa, etc. Krešimir also successfully helped develop a strategy for several smaller and start-up companies. He is still affiliated to University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, as a researcher and guest lecturer.

Before joining PwC, Marko had over 10 years of experience from the industry, working for large private holding systems on the Serbian market.
