CHASING JARVIS · AI Development & Management

Bring a business challenge. Build with AI.

Three days to turn a business idea into an AI-powered prototype — and understand what it takes to put it to work.

27–29 November 2026 · Zagreb–Buzin
With Dr Tali Režun and Srđan Jovanović

Apply for the module

AI is changing how organisations work. The next step for leaders is to understand what to build, where it creates value and how to stay in control.

This practical COTRUGLI module connects business judgement with hands-on development. Explore AI agents, context engineering and workflow automation, then work on a prototype addressing a real business challenge.

What you will work on

Choose a useful problem.

Identify where AI could improve a process, service or decision.

Build and test.

Use no-code, low-code and AI-assisted tools to develop a working prototype.

Plan the next step.

Assess business value, limitations, risks and the human oversight needed before implementation.

Who it is for

Managers, entrepreneurs and business leaders ready to move from experimenting with AI to building with it.

Join as a standalone module or as part of your COTRUGLI learning journey. Bring your laptop, curiosity and a business challenge worth exploring.

Learn with practitioners

Dr Tali Režun, COTRUGLI Vice Dean and Professor of Frontier Technologies, and Srđan Jovanović lead three days of demonstrations, practical workshops and collaborative development.

Leave with something to build on

Practical experience developing an AI-powered prototype, a clearer view of its business potential and a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.

The module counts towards subsequent COTRUGLI MBA studies, subject to the School’s recognition policy.

Participation: €3,000 + applicable VAT

The Friday AI Mastermind is a separate event: €500, including any applicable VAT. It is not included in the module fee.
