Every downfall was an opportunity to learn, every new engagement was a precious opportunity for growth for new knowledge and experience. I heard about Cotrugli and started looking year after year when it will be convenient for me to enroll.

And there it was, that one moment where you just snap and decide to become part of EMBA community. I had huge expectations about the program. Oh boy, I was not wrong. Cotrugli gave me a deep dive into finance, but also, other „departments“ where I got a true added value to my marketing, sales, people management and other skills. A lot of work, a lot of dedication to all the modules was necessary to finish and to reach my diploma. But it was totally worth it. Now, I am EMBA, I have a network of brilliant people and brilliant professionals and am part of this awesome community.

After years of CFO positions in corporations, today, I have my own company, I am giving something back. Helping companies to swim in the finance world, going through finance, marketing, sales, strategic operations, and people management. I believe that Cotrugli gave me courage, confirmation of my expertise and additional value I can share with my Clients and Partners. For me interim CFO function is not just about finance, it is about creating successful story with brave entrepreneurs by risk management, process definition and review, strategy implementation and whole “back-office” part of the business. This role brings temporary, but impactful guidance and leadership to a business, helping it navigate critical financial challenges and achieve its strategic goals.

To all the Cotrugli team and to my fellow students thank you. It was a brilliant ride which I would take over and over with all of you. The world is an ever-changing place, and we have excellent foundations to change it in a better way.
