LEADERSHIP IN THE NEO ERA

Build the judgement to lead through change.

In the NEO era, leadership decisions are shaped by ambiguity. More than one answer may be right, depending on the situation. Leaders need to understand AI, question assumptions and choose a direction their organisations can act on.

We bring together AI research, Vanguard Leadership and the challenges your organisation faces. Our work connects the capabilities of new technology with the human judgement needed to use it well.

AI for business decisions

Identify where AI can create value, challenge the assumptions behind adoption and examine what responsible implementation means for your business.

Organisational capability

RESEARCH CONNECTED TO PRACTICE

A wider ecosystem of ideas and experience.

Our AI research and Vanguard Leadership work inform how we approach leadership development. Experience across more than 10 EU projects connects that work with European innovation and digital transformation.

CORPORATE PROGRAMME EXAMPLE · AI OFFICE

AI Office: a roadmap for responsible AI adoption.

From organisational readiness to a practical implementation plan in three months.

AI Office provides a comprehensive assessment of your organisation’s readiness to adopt artificial intelligence. It identifies priority use cases and develops a concrete, ethically grounded implementation plan based on the principles of Industry 5.0: sustainability, resilience and a human-centred approach.

The service brings together business strategy, technology assessment and leadership development across three phases.

PHASE 1Month 1

Assess AI needs and organisational readiness

We audit and analyse business processes across departments, including operations, human resources and marketing, to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI adoption.

Interviews with leadership and key teams align AI objectives with the organisation’s business strategy and values.

Deliverable: a Risk and Readiness Report assessing data infrastructure, team knowledge and skills, and potential ethical and regulatory challenges, including GDPR, bias and transparency.

PHASE 2Month 2

Identify and prioritise AI use cases

An opportunity workshop brings your team together to generate 15–20 potential AI applications, such as customer support automation, predictive analytics, document processing and other uses relevant to your business.

Impact assessment: use cases are evaluated against return on investment (ROI), technical feasibility and their contribution to human–AI collaboration.

Technology assessment: an independent, vendor-neutral review of your existing technology informs recommendations for the most suitable AI solutions, including Google, OpenAI, Microsoft and open-source tools.

PHASE 3Month 3

Develop the strategy and strengthen leadership

AI implementation roadmap: a concrete 12-month plan sets out clearly defined steps, an indicative budget and performance indicators.

Two strategic leadership workshops build the management team’s capacity to make informed decisions about AI adoption.

A clear basis for your next AI decisions

A readiness assessment, prioritised use cases, independent technology recommendations and a 12-month implementation roadmap, supported by two strategic workshops for your leadership team.
