SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE NAVIGATE PROGRAM WITH FORTENOVA GROUP

Navigate Program Successfully Concludes at COTRUGLI and Fortenova Group

COTRUGLI Business School proudly celebrated the successful completion of the Navigate program, developed in collaboration with Fortenova Group. This transformative initiative aimed to elevate the leadership and business development skills of Fortenova’s top talent.

Celebrating a Milestone in Professional Development

The closing ceremony for the second cohort took place on Thursday, January 18, 2024, in Zagreb. It marked an important milestone as participants received diplomas recognizing their achievements as part of Fortenova Group’s Drive Beyond Excellence initiative.

Prior to the ceremony, 20 professionals from 13 operational companies presented four business development projects they had worked on over a 14-month period. These projects were developed in partnership with COTRUGLI Business School experts and supported by internal mentors and sponsors—executives from Fortenova Group.

Leadership Reflections from Fortenova’s CEO

Fabris Perusko, CEO of Fortenova Group, praised the participants’ efforts and highlighted the importance of continued development.
“I am delighted to celebrate the conclusion of the second cohort of the Navigate program,” he said.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to investing in talent and building future leadership within our organization.”
He encouraged graduates to apply what they’ve learned to create new value and take ownership of change.

Insights from COTRUGLI Faculty

Dr. Nicolas Kfuri, a COTRUGLI lecturer, also addressed the audience.
He acknowledged the dedication of participants and emphasized that the real journey begins now.
“You have made great progress, but this is just the first step,” he said.
“The true impact will come from how you apply these insights—how you lead, inspire, collaborate, and drive meaningful change within Fortenova.”

Looking Ahead

The Navigate program stands as a model for strategic corporate education, aligning leadership development with business growth.
As the second cohort graduates, their success reinforces the power of combining expert-led learning with internal mentorship.

Congratulations to all participants for their hard work, innovation, and well-earned recognition!
