SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION OF THE NAVIGATE PROGRAM WITH FORTENOVA GROUP

COTRUGLI Business School proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Navigate program in collaboration with Fortenova Group, a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of its employees. The closing ceremony for the second cohort was held on Thursday, January 18, 2024, in Zagreb, marking a significant milestone in the participants’ journey as they received diplomas in recognition of their accomplishment within the Drive Beyond Excellence initiative at Fortenova Group.

Before the closing ceremony, 20 colleagues from 13 operational companies within Fortenova Group showcased their final projects – four concrete business development initiatives – developed over an intensive 14-month period in partnership with experts from COTRUGLI Business School. The participants benefited from valuable guidance provided by their buddies and sponsors, who are executives within Fortenova Group.

Addressing the audience, Fabris Perusko, CEO of Fortenova Group, expressed his satisfaction, stating, “I am delighted that we have gathered to celebrate the conclusion of the education for the second cohort of Navigate program participants. This initiative underscores our commitment to delivering quality and skills to our workforce, and I am extremely pleased that we have had this opportunity.” Encouraging the graduates, he added, “I believe that the new knowledge gained through Navigate, from Cotrugli’s lecturers, and through knowledge-sharing with your colleagues, buddies, and sponsors, will serve as an additional incentive for you to take responsibility in creating new value within the Group.”

Dr. Nicolas Kfuri, a lecturer from COTRUGLI, expressed gratitude to Fortenova Group, its companies, and the program participants, stating, “The participants have nearly completed their journey and have already achieved significant progress. I hope this education will assist you in becoming better leaders, the ultimate purpose of this journey. However, view it as the first step towards bringing greater value to the company.
