Sarah helps leaders improve their understanding of People Issues, helping them develop knowledge, skills and behaviours that help them develop their People Agendas (and the people impacted by them) in the best possible way.

Sarah's prior roles include Partner at Heidrick & Struggles' (H&S) Leadership Development; Executive Director at Thunderbird School of Global Management and Managing Director at CEB, now Gartner, where she ran their EMEA Finance and Strategy Division

She received a BSc (Hons) from Aston University, Birmingham, and an International MBA with distinction from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
