Research with AI
Use AI tools in research, discussion and assignments as you examine technology themes and investment ideas.
Test your judgment
Manage a simulated US$100,000 portfolio in the MarketWatch stock game. Consider what to buy, sell, hold or rebalance.
Explain your decisions
Write a short rationale for your trades, discuss your approach and reflect on performance against the market.

Eight online sessions
Eight 90-minute sessions, scheduled every other Monday from 31 August to 7 December 2026, with recordings available through the online programme page.

The pilot is designed for COTRUGLI students and alumni. The existing Lab model does not require a finance background.

Technology themes behind the portfolio
The programme explores technology trends, trading strategies and investor frameworks alongside quantum computing, blockchain, bipedal robotics, energy storage and Grid 2.0, and biotech. Participants connect these themes with research and decisions in their simulated portfolios.
