Advanced Management Program
Advanced Management Program focuses on developing a manager’s ability to think and act cross-functionally, aligning different departments toward common strategic goals. Through an interactive business simulation, participants apply knowledge from various functional areas such as strategy, finance, operations, and marketing to make integrated, company-wide decisions in a dynamic global context. The objective is to strengthen decision-making under pressure, enhance understanding of business interdependencies, and foster leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
About the lecturer:
Nicolas Kfuri, PhD
Dr. Kfuri is a global expert consultant and executive trainer. His areas of expertise are Corporate Global
Strategy, Internationalization Processes, Marketing, and Branding. Dr. Kfuri has worked with executives from more than 700 companies, representing more than 75 countries, from 5 continents.
He has been teaching at executive and graduate (MBA) programs of universities in Asia, Europe, Latin and North America. Among institutions he collaborates regularly are: COTRUGLI Business School, AUB (Lebanon), Bologna University (Italy), CEIBS (China), ESCP (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and UK), Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (Brazil), IAE (Argentina), IE (Spain) etc.
Dr. Kfuri acts as Advisory Board Member of different organizations, and he moderates Board
Meeting Sessions in companies, business incubators, business schools, and non-for-profit
institutions.
He contributes permanently with articles and as guest speaker to the media. Some of his articles
have been reported by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Handelsblatt. Dr. Kfuri is a frequent Key Note Speaker in conferences around the world.
