Ivor Bakša’s professional journey began at the software company Ring, where he worked on developing applications for large corporations. “I always had the drive to do good work and find solutions that made sense for clients.”

From Employee to Leader

Founding Triple Innovations
In 2012, Ivor took a leap of faith and founded his own company, Triple Innovations.
“We started without knowing if the first invoice would ever be paid. Slowly, we built the company, automated processes, hired people, and developed products. There was a lot of uncertainty, but that uncertainty forced us to think strategically and efficiently.”
Today, he leads a team of over 20 employees, balancing strategy, operations, and leadership development.
“Our goal is to develop software that truly solves client problems, is easy to use, and delivers real value. We always focus on what matters, not superficial results.”
In recent years, Triple Innovations has worked on projects that have transformed business processes for major clients, implementing innovative solutions that drive change.
