“The MBA was the best investment in myself! Even the most challenging journey starts with a single step. Although this phrase sounds like a cliché, it perfectly describes my career after completing the MBA program. Before joining COTRUGLI Business School, I worked at Hrvatski Telekom as the Head of Corporate Sponsorships and Events, where I was responsible for developing and implementing the most creative concepts for corporate events.

However, my biggest leap happened when I transitioned from a national to an international team at Deutsche Telekom’s headquarters in Germany, right after finishing my MBA. I have always felt at home working with multicultural teams. After the COTRUGLI MBA, I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something I knew very little about. So, I applied for a position in the Strategy Department at DT in Germany. Together with a diverse team, I worked on implementing a long-term strategy to transform and unify DT’s organization across Europe.

Working and living abroad broadened my horizons. It was a great opportunity to discover my strengths, and it also made me more confident, motivated, and ready for change and new challenges.”

Founding Her Own Company

“At the beginning of 2019, I took another bold step—I decided to follow my dreams. I left my job, moved to Barcelona, and founded my own company. I began working in a completely new industry—motorsports—as a brand activation consultant, creating innovative immersive experiences for MotoGP events worldwide.

I worked on projects in Southeast Asia, including MotoGP Thailand and MotoGP Malaysia. Working in different countries brings a rich and challenging experience that teaches you flexibility, resilience, adaptability to new situations, and creativity in problem-solving. It is a unique and, ultimately, rewarding life experience.

In addition to professional challenges, my curiosity about technology led me to collaborate with major IT corporations worldwide. Currently, I am actively working with Chinese teams and markets, expanding my knowledge and skills in a global context.

Beyond professional achievements, my love for nature and the mountains inspired me to establish a hiking club in Catalonia. The club regularly organizes hiking trips, and I have personally conquered over a hundred peaks across Spain, actively promoting a healthy lifestyle and community in nature.”

“The most important thing I gained from the MBA was a broader perspective. The MBA gave me an understanding of the business world and the economy, along with crucial analytical skills to see how every aspect of a business contributes to its overall performance.
