COlab’s “Think Tank” model enables our network to collaborate through workshops, research sprints, mentoring circles, and mission-focused working groups—so expertise can compound into tangible outcomes. In practice, this allows members to:

  • National Centres for Social Innovation (Croatia & Slovenia): COlab contributes as a coordinating and design partner in establishing National Competence Centres—bridging public policy, academia, and the private sector to scale impact through the SEED2SCALE initiative.
  • WRL (Women Redefining Leadership): A leadership movement focused on next-level female leadership in high-complexity environments. We provide a structured platform for networking, mentoring, and resilience—supporting women leaders navigating AI-driven change.
  • Fellowships & Mentoring: We support emerging leaders through Vanguard MBA Fellowships, offering active mentoring and hands-on mission experience to high-potential participants.
