EMBA 21 Graduation Ceremony: Speech by Tali Režun
As part of the EMBA 21 Graduation Ceremony, Tali Režun, Vice Dean at COTRUGLI Business School, delivered a speech during the diploma award ceremony. The speech is presented in full below.
What incredible energy!
Looking at you now, I’m transported back to my own graduation day in 2012. I know exactly what you’re feeling—that intoxicating mix of achievement, anticipation, and possibility.
I continued my own educational journey, completing my DBA in 2018. Today, I serve as Vice Dean for Frontier Technologies, which means it’s literally my job to study, research, and experiment with emerging technologies, especially AI.
For the past two years, I’ve been deeply immersed in artificial intelligence, particularly AI agents. Why? Because we as a school have recognized something fundamental: we are witnessing a once-in-civilization shift.
And here’s what I need you to understand: It is now YOUR job, as future leaders, as CEOs, as founders, to get ahead of this shift.
For the first time in human history, we can scale intelligence itself. Not just information. Not just computation. Intelligence.
Think about the opportunities. But also, and this is critical, think about the challenges.
This is exactly why COTRUGLI exists: to give you an advantage. To fast-track your understanding of complex technical frameworks. To ensure you’re not just riding the wave, but directing it.
So here’s my ask: Don’t forget this school. When you recognize the magnitude of this shift, and you will, come back. Join our AI workshops, our bootcamps, our ongoing programs.
Because I genuinely believe that post-graduation education brings tremendous value to you and your organizations. The learning doesn’t stop here. It accelerates.
