A New Beginning: COTRUGLI Welcomes the EMBA 22 Generation
COTRUGLI Business School proudly welcomed a new class of leaders this past weekend. The Executive MBA (EMBA) Class of 2025 officially began their journey on Friday, March 28, 2025, with an engaging Orientation Session. The session introduced participants to the program structure, fellow colleagues, and COTRUGLI faculty.
Kicking Off with Leadership, Communication & Change
The learning began immediately. Over the weekend, students attended their first module, led by Professor Michael Hathorn. The topic—Leadership, Communication, and Change—set the stage for what lies ahead: a fast-paced, high-impact program designed for modern business challenges.
This module encouraged active participation and self-reflection, helping students build the mindset and skills needed to lead in today’s dynamic world.

Why the COTRUGLI EMBA Stands Out
The COTRUGLI EMBA is built for experienced professionals. It focuses on strategic thinking, real-world application, and personal leadership growth. The curriculum blends academic rigor with practical insights. Through case studies, simulations, and collaborative learning, participants gain tools they can apply immediately in their careers.
But it’s more than just knowledge. EMBA students join a vibrant international network of executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators. The relationships formed here go far beyond the classroom.
What’s Next for EMBA 22?
Over the coming months, participants will tackle complex business problems, engage in stimulating debate, and grow as leaders. They’ll face challenges—but they won’t face them alone. Guided by expert faculty and supported by peers, they’ll develop the confidence and competence to lead with impact.
We’re excited to watch this group evolve. The COTRUGLI community is ready to support them every step of the way.
Welcome, EMBA 22—your journey starts now.
