His research interests and professional focus are primarily in the finance industry. He is helping organisations to transition to new ways of working, be it more agile or finding new ways to understand their customers and give them the products and services they truly value. Before founding his own management consulting company, he worked on various positions in large organisations in telecommunication and ICT industry. He also holds a PhD in computer science and artificial intelligence, with numerous published articles and books on the subject.
