He had positions as research associate at the Fraunhofer-Institute of Industrial Engineering (Stuttgart, Germany) and the Institute of Human Factors and Technology Management at the University of Stuttgart (Germany). Christian taught and conducted research at multiple international institutions such as CEIBS China Europe International Business School (Shanghai, China), Ateneo de Manila University (Manila, The Philippines), Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (Chengdu, China) and the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). In the past, he has worked as IT consultant. He is a certified Black Jack dealer and worked several years at the Spielbank Hamburg (Germany). Finally, he completed a 4-year vocational training in special needs care and worked in different care homes for people with multiple special needs.
