COTRUGLI Business School Celebrates Graduation of EMBA 21 Generation
On January 24, 2026, COTRUGLI Business School proudly celebrated the graduation of the EMBA 21 generation. The graduation ceremony marked an important milestone for the graduates, recognizing their dedication, hard work, and personal growth throughout their MBA journey. The event gathered students, faculty members, alumni, family, and friends in a formal yet welcoming atmosphere.
Inspiring Messages from COTRUGLI Leadership and Alumni
During the diploma award ceremony, graduates were addressed by Vice Dean Joseph Santora and Vice Dean Tali Režun, who congratulated the students on their achievement and encouraged them to continue learning and leading with responsibility. They highlighted the importance of lifelong education, strong values, and adaptability in today’s fast-changing business environment.
A special value of the ceremony was brought by distinguished COTRUGLI alumni, who returned to share their experience and inspire the new graduates. Vjekoslav Majetić, Owner of DOK-ING, Dijana Perenc Kacun, Group Treasury Director at Perutnina Ptuj, Zrinka Bokulić, CEO at Jadran d.d. Crikvenica, and Zoran Mabić, General Manager at Lasafree Adriatic, delivered powerful and sincere speeches. Through personal stories, career insights, and honest advice, they showed what is possible after graduation and motivated students to aim high, stay persistent, and build careers with purpose. Their messages clearly demonstrated how knowledge, courage, and integrity can lead to long-term success.
Recognizing Excellence
The ceremony also included the announcement of the best students of the generation. The Valedictorian titles were awarded to Ognjen Vukoslavović, CTIO and Management Board Member at Hrvatski Telekom, and Zvonimir Šimić, General Director at Optika Anda. Their academic excellence, leadership, and engagement throughout the program set a strong example for their peers. A Principal award was presented to Nika Misija, Corporate Lawyer, Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Metro Cash & Carry d.o.o. Croatia, recognizing her outstanding contribution and commitment during the program.
The formal part of the celebration concluded with an Alumni Party held in the evening. Graduates, alumni, professors, and guests continued celebrating in a relaxed setting, strengthening connections and creating new ones. The party reflected the strong COTRUGLI community spirit and the importance of networking beyond the classroom.
The graduation of the EMBA 21 generation once again confirmed COTRUGLI Business School’s role in developing responsible leaders ready to make a meaningful impact in their organizations and society.
