COTRUGLI awarded the 1st generation of the Navigate program
On Monday, July 11, 2022 COTRUGLI awarded the 1st generation of participants of the DRIVE Beyond Excellence - Navigate program from Fortenova Group for their hard work and exceptional achievement.
The past 14 months have been very dynamic and full of new and exciting projects for 33 top talents from Fortenova Group. They have been a part of the Navigate program, which main goal was to strengthen the professional competencies of Fortenova Group employees in order for them to also significantly contribute to meeting company’s strategic goals by investing in their own development and to deal with new business challenges smoothly.
The participants were taught by experts from COTRUGLI Business School who encouraged them to strengthen their leadership skills, implement improvements and provided them with new, practical organizational knowledge.
During the program, participants have been diligently working on their projects for the development of their companies’ businesses. At the program’s end, they presented final projects in front of the executive management of Fortenova Group and received well-deserved diplomas.
It has been a real pleasure to work with a group of professionals and prospective leaders. We are ready and looking forward to the next generation of the Navigate program!
