Tailor – made program for Telemach with Nicolas Kfuri was successfully held

On October 6-7, our professor Dr. Nicolas Kfuri held a workshop on Customer Centricity within the tailor-made program for managers at Telemach in Slovenia.

Considering the fact that the global business environment is rapidly changing, managers need multicultural and global perspective to reduce the likelihood of failure when dealing with today’s ventures. The workshop with prof. Kfuri helped participants to understand how customer experiences impact the brand image and its value, assess strengths and weaknesses of the customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
