On Monday we launched the 6th generation of #LEAD, a premium leadership program of MOL Group together with SEED at MOL HQ in Budapest.

LEAD is MOL Group’s Leadership Talent Development Program designed to challenge the participants and expand their skills through world-class learning curricula and stretching individual and team project assignments.

Since its beginning in 2013 until today, the LEAD program gathered 322 participants in total resulting in a 70% promotion rate. The program has helped to identify top talents within the organization, enabling them to take on leadership roles and responsibilities. Over the past 10 years, the program has successfully created a pool of competent and confident leaders, driving MOL Group’s growth and success.

The Learning journey started yesterday in Siofok with COTRUGLI professors Chris Dalton and Liz Riches where participants will explore “How to Lead Yourself and others”.

We wish all LEAD participants’ journeys fulfilled with discoveries, ideas, knowledge, and great success!
