About the Speaker: Anthony J. Evans
Anthony J. Evans is a renowned economist whose research focuses on corporate entrepreneurship, monetary theory, and transitional markets. His work has appeared in respected journals such as Eastern European Economics, Constitutional Political Economy, and The Review of Austrian Economics.
In 2009, he co-authored The Neoliberal Revolution in Eastern Europe: Economic Ideas in the Transition from Communism, published by Edward Elgar.
Beyond academia, Evans has written policy papers for influential organizations like the Conservative Party, European Investment Fund, Financial Reporting Council, and Competition Commission. He has also conducted applied research for various corporate partners, offering real-world insight into market-process dynamics.
Evans holds an MA and Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University, USA, and a BA (Hons) from the University of Liverpool, UK.
